While FASA participants practice and prepare for their performances, you can enjoy spending time in the seventh fastest growing city in America. We encourage you, whether you're a FASA parent or a music enthusiast, to come see some amazing shows throughout the city known for music.
We have created a list of activities that will take you all over the city and a list of restaurants that are hot spots throughout Nashville that will make the summer of 2016 one to remember!

Sunday, July 16th: Shamblin Auditorium, Lipscomb (Younger Division)
Imagine the best of broadway: Annie, Oliver, Mary Poppins. Incredible, pint-sized performers singing, dancing, playing, and acting in an original musical, written by veteran and award-winning composers and songwriters Robin and Bill Wolaver. You will be amazed at the talent and professionalism of these gifted, young performers.
Saturday, July 16th-Tuesday, July 19th - Showcases at the Ford Theater (Country Music Hall of Fame), Collins Auditorium, Shamblin Theatre, and Cathedral of the Incarnation.
Thursday, July 21st: The Grand Ole Opry House
The Grand Ole Opry began as a simple radio broadcast in 1925 and today, it is a live entertainment phenomenon. It’s been called the “home of American music” and “country’s most famous stage.” Performers from Hank Williams, to Carrie Underwood, to Elvis Presley, to Norah Jones, to the Annie Moses Band have performed on this legendary stage.
The exhilarating FASA orchestra and chorus will be bringing down the house under the baton of Maestro Jung-Ho Pak, the Annie Moses Band and soon-to-be announced chart-topping guest artists!
